I ride my quad there a few times a year. Its very rocky with lots of water. Not much mud as its rock bottom but the puddles can be deep depending on time of year. If you go in the spring expect places with up to 2 feet water if they had lots of snow. Best trail riding in MI by far and nothing like the rest of MI trails. I have not rode it on a dirtbike but expect to be dodging a lot of rocks. The scenery is wonderful also.
